Generative AI further advanced this field by simulating normal data distributions, enhancing systems’ adaptability and robustness.

As AI continues to evolve, it presents both challenges and opportunities in data protection. Generative large language models, for instance, show promise in content moderation, data anonymization, and automatic compliance reporting.
